Rezoning Applications

AAP has prepared and lodged a number of rezoning proposals to Council's over the years and which have argued successfully for a change to the current LEP (local plan).

In addition to rezoning proposals it is sometimes essential to prepare submissions to the NSW Department of Planning arguing for a change in a Regional Planning Strategy document, that sets out where future development in a local area may occur.  AAP is experienced in all such strategic planning work.
